Hello Hero Zero Players,

I am Maximum, the moderator of the forum and an official HZ employee.

There is one concern I have about the posts in the forum...

Many people post/start topics with very individual problems, for example:

- You paid, but did not get any donuts
-You want to rename your team/character (this is ONLY allowed if your name is inappropriate!)
- You did not receive coins/donuts for quests/work/deeds/etc.
- Someone tries to steal your account data

... and so on...

ONLY the support team can check your account and can help your in the named cases.

SO PLEASE do not post such things in the forum... there is simply no need
