its better to make -10% to all missions! this is so bored and lengthy! With what you did is another way for us Sockets people who do not WANT! all guys send this "HELP" ... is so spastic to sockets!
i think you must make more changes!

no i disagree the only problem is every single player put everyone at their friend list and send us and i don't understand when we click see only friend's list requests and we close the messages we must click again this buton when we reopen the messages

SO BAD changes...i am first at the honor least, and everyone has add me as a friend and send me the help messages!!! OMG SO ANNOYING ....I WANT TO know who add me as a friend and if i want i will make him!!!!!!! This morning i had 45 help messages !!!

are you serius ? .. i get 100 messages at least every day !!! AND I DONT WANT TO !!!

It so annoying random people all the time ask for batteries.
I come up with some suggestions:
1) Make the button ("Display only requests from friend list") works permanently (until the user un-click it). Currently the button unclicks itself when you close message window.
2) Or make mechanism for friend request (similar with the team request mechanism)
3) Or batteries requests notifications don't appear like new message
