the idea is:

A friend of mine because I thought and not that of the forum told me his idea and I your graphics: Can a player who does not want a item has to sell it to other players! donuts with or coins.this is his idea do you like?

i will answer you from what i understand .no you cant sell items to another player because if a player who is 15 lvl buy an item from a player 100 lvl that will make the game to lose its balance!
