Apart from the attacks that teams doing each other.. It could be created a championship that teams (depending of their levels) could take part and fight for the first plase and the prize of course!
For example.. once a month you will creating 3 championships that the first is going to be for high levels.. the second is going to be for levels about 50 to 90 and the third is going to be for the lowest levels..
In each championship only 10 teams will be able to take part and then they start fighting each other until 2 teams "survive" and fight for the first place and the BIG PRIZE!
As I said these 3 championhips will be organizing once a month and the teams will guarantee a place by sending an e-mail to the authorised person..

Think about it and if you like add some details to get better!
