Hero Zero Mousepads 2015 Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: European Games Group AG, office registered at Wiener Platz 7, 81667 Munich ( the “Promoter”).
2. The Competition will start at 17:00 on Monday 16th of November 2015 GMT+2 (the ‘Opening Date’) and finish at 23:59 on Thursday 26th of November 2015 GMT+2 (the ‘Closing Date’).
3. Entries/Answers sent after the Closing date will not be considered.
4. European Games Group AG employees, their family members or anyone else connected in any way to the Competition or helping in setting up the Competition is not eligible to participate.
5. There is no Entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
6. You must complete all of the following actions between the Opening Date and the Closing Date, in order to be entered in to the prizes draws (the ‘Entry’):
· Find a hidden object on the competition image

- Each participant can submit only one Entry/Answer.
· All answers should be sent to our official e-mail address games@gamesgroup.eu Entries/Answers elsewhere will not be considered.
· Provide your name, street name, house number, city, post code, country, in-game name and server number along with your answer to be eligible to win.
· Your personal data will not be disclosed publicly by us, or transferred to any third parties without your consent.
· European Games Group employees will select winners based on random selection
· The competition lasts for 10 days. Entries sent after that period will not be considered.
· The winners will receive their rewards by the middle of December.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for Entries/Answers not received for whatever reason.
8. The winner will be contacted within 5 days after the closing date and if the winner is not responding to e-mail for any reasons within 2 days of receiving a notification e-mail, the Promoter will be entitled to select an alternative winner in accordance with the Standard Terms.
09. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, including the Terms and Conditions, without notice in case of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of god or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate reward details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.
11. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by German law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
13. Entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to European Games Group AG and not to any other party.
15. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you in your Entry is true, accurate and complete in every respect.
16. In case the winner is disqualified from the Competition, European Games Group AG will, unless otherwise stated in the Competition Terms, select an alternative winner in the same manner as the original winner and such selection will be subject to the rules.
17. European Games Group AG accepts no responsibility for any disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Competition, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize.
