Hello guys, I wanted to ask you if you have been experiencing problems with the Sidekick program, because I have, and if you knew of any solutions. Let me clarify: I manually entered as server of choice  the GR2 server, but it won't show my name. Instead it says N/A (not available). Meanwhile, everything else works just fine, from stat gathering to win percentage. Any help please?

HeroZero Sidekick is not GmbH's product, and as such they would be unable to provide neither support nor any insight on the matter. That's why i am asking you guys, here.

We do not provide support regarding external tools like Sidekick. ;)
