you can do it in the suport team or if that do not work you can create a topic with the name of the player and what he did to you

That's not right... The player that reports another one should know what happened. Otherwise, for all as he knows, no actions were taken...
In that way anyone can say anything to anyone and nothing happens

I have reported a player and I sent a photo which was showing the vituperation that she hat told me.The player still playing.
