The following updates have been deployed today (28.05.2013):

Weekly Tournaments
• The weekly tournaments are reopened!
• The Level Up tournament has been replaced with an Experience tournament. Now your collected experience points count instead of your level ups.
• The Team Honor tournament now only checks for gained honor from your own team attacks.
• The Heroic Deed tournament and Team Improvement tournament have been removed.
• The rewards for all tournaments were adjusted.

I believe that you have to put also a level up tournament because the colected experience helps the big lvls witch take more expand the tournament to be fair must to help and the low lvls not only the big so i sugest to exist and a lvl up tournament so it will be more fair.
